Circuits
F1 tracks are not only kilometers of asphalt, laid with different shapes on the most varied terrain surrounded by crash barriers. F1 tracks carry the specificity and charm of the competitions that have taken place there for 50 years.
Grand Prix: These two words are a symbol of speed, courage, technical perfection and express the essence of motorsports – to be faster than the others after 50, 60, 70, 100 laps and to conquer the prestigious trophy.
Part 4 contains two chapters, again divided thematically into circuits for the 2020 season and circuits in Formula 1 history. As an addition, we have also included the 2020 FIA Formula 1 World Championship Race Calendar on the occasion of the races’ 70th anniversary. As well as track information in Chapter 1 you will find driver standings for the year and over the years, qualifying history, articles, tables and photos, after which you will wish to visit every Formula 1 Grand Prix circuit in the world.
Chapter 2 presents the most famous Formula 1 circuits over the years, facts and figures, the drivers with the most wins, and the most iconic moments that happened there. At the end of Part 4 you will learn about the fatal incidents that have happened on Formula 1 tracks, arranged by year, Grand Prix place, driver and car information.
